The family suite was spacious and perfect for our needs! Breakfast at RJ's offered delicious local dishes wrapped in banana leaves, a real treat!

Surprisingly enjoyable stay! The staff were genuinely accommodating, making my birthday celebration special with a sweet cake surprise in the room. Nicely decorated and spacious, the Executive Suite was a treat. Breakfast, featuring local Bicol delicacies, was absolutely delightful. Despite minor hiccups, my experience was truly memorable.

I truly enjoyed the elegant decoration and welcoming ambiance of Villa Caceres Hotel, making it easy to navigate for a senior. The friendly staff was always available to assist, creating a sense of comfort and ease throughout my stay.

Noise from hallways could be disruptive at times.

I stayed in an Executive Suite and enjoyed the amenities. The buffet at RJ's was a highlight for me, especially the range of local dishes available at breakfast. Being from New York, I appreciate diverse cuisine, and this did not disappoint.

I had some noise issues during my sleep due to an event in the hotel. The cleanliness was not up to my expectations as I found some areas needing attention.

Upon arrival, I found the bed cover dirty, which was a disappointing first impression. Noise from a party above made it hard to sleep, and the spraying for bugs later that night left the air too strong to breathe comfortably. I also noticed some cockroaches in the room, detracting from the experience.

I stayed in the Executive Twin Room for 2 nights and loved the location near local attractions. The buffet at RJ's, especially the regional dishes, was a standout experience.

This was just a suitable option for a weekend getaway in Naga with good value. The staff was cheerful and helpful during my stay. Make sure to check for any ongoing events to avoid noise issues.

While the Villa Caceres Hotel has a welcoming staff and decent buffet breakfast, the outdated rooms left me wanting more. The lack of a good shower setup and poor cleanliness made my stay less enjoyable. However, the hotel's location near restaurants was a plus.

The location is a huge plus, being centrally located and easy to find. The family suite was spacious, accommodating all of us comfortably. The pool view added a nice touch to our experience, providing a pleasant space to unwind after a busy day.

The elevator was out of service for most of my stay, which was a challenge.

I loved staying in the Executive Twin Room! The bed was comfortable with plush pillows, and the view of the pool was relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with anything we needed.
